The Leigh History Group - Message from Harriet Hall

The active members of this group have shrunk to four and we are the ones working to get the telephone kiosk on the green turned into the Leigh History Box. Now that I am likely to be leaving in the next couple of months, an added burden will be placed on the remaining trio and we wonder if there is anyone out there who would like to join the group in raising some money to complete the transformation of the kiosk, and to help in preparing material for the changing displays?

Another problem for the group is that of storage. There are now quite a lot of papers, books and folders in the Leigh Archive which need to be kept in a dry, accessible space. Would anyone be able to provide this? It would be a particular service to the village.
